Amy specializes in therapy with adults, children, and teens, offering trauma-informed care. She works closely with veterans and their families, drawing on her extensive training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and Play Therapy. Amy holds an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and has a background in Social Development Studies and Social Work from the University of Waterloo. She is a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, focusing on disordered eating, body image issues, and supporting individuals with ASD.
